Q. Can I order directly from A&F?

Yes. You can either call your sales team (see contact us page) or Call 800-745-4466 and place your order.

Q. What are the terms?

Once you have an approved account with A&F - Terms are Net 30.

Q. How to pay for my order?

By check, credit card or by establishing an account with us. We do not accept cash.

Q. Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. A minimum order of $35.00 is required.

Q. Do you allow returns?

A.

Generally yes. If the part has not been used and was ordered within the past 30 days. All returns must have a return authorization number (call 800-745-4466 to obtain). A 25% restocking charge will apply to merchandise that is not defective.

Q. Where will we ship:

A.

We will ship anywhere in the world? Shipment is always additional. We will not contact your carrier or pay them directly if it is not the following shippers: UPS, FEDEX, US Mail. All others are the responsibility of the customer to contact and make payments.
